1. Orders & Delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Ninjax never sees or stores your card details. After the payment is confirmed, your order is reviewed and released by our team — it is not always instant. As soon as it is released you will receive an email, and the download and your license key (when the product needs one) become available in your account area.

• Each order covers one product and one license.
• Download links are personal and tied to your account. Do not share them.
• A product marked as unavailable is temporarily not for sale and cannot be ordered.

2. Product Versions

Some products are sold in two different versions. They are not the same product and they do not carry the same rights:

• License Code version. A ready-to-run platform that requires a license key to work. Parts of the source code are encrypted or protected and cannot be modified. Customization is done through the admin panel (name, branding, logo, images, assets and the settings we expose there).
• Full Code version. The complete source code, with no license key required. You can modify the platform, the branding, the features and the design, and continue development on your own.

3. License Agreement

Every purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. The license type you choose at checkout defines its scope:

• Regular License. Use the product on one single installation — one platform, personal or commercial, on one domain. A second installation requires a second license.
• Exclusive License. A one-time buyout, sold as a single unit. The code becomes yours, and the product is removed from our store and is no longer sold to anyone else. Terms specific to an exclusive purchase are agreed in writing at the time of sale and prevail over this section.

You may charge your own clients for the site you build, and you may use the product on a platform that makes money. What you may not do is sell, sublicense, rent or give away the product itself, its source code, or your license key.

4. License Key & Activation

Products that require a license key are activated online and check in with our servers periodically to confirm the license is still valid. An internet connection is required for the product to run.

• The key is locked to the first domain it is activated on and will not work on any other domain.
• Local and development addresses (localhost, .local, .test) always validate and never consume the binding, so you can develop and test freely.
• Moving to a different domain is fine — open a ticket in the Support Center and we release the binding for you.
• We may suspend or revoke a license if the key is shared, resold or used on more installations than it was bought for, if the license check is bypassed or the protected code is decompiled, or if the payment is reversed or charged back.

5. No Refunds

Our products are non-refundable. They are digital goods: once the order is released and the files or the license key are delivered, the delivery cannot be undone, and no refund, credit or exchange is issued. By completing a purchase you accept this and waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content delivered immediately.

In particular, we do not refund for: changing your mind, buying the wrong version or the wrong license, no longer needing the product, lacking the technical knowledge to install or run it, or incompatibility with third-party hosting, services or plugins that are not part of the product.

6. Product Support

Support is provided through the Support Center in your account, and is included for as long as your license is active. Products sold as Full Code include full support directly from us. Support covers:

• Questions about how the product and its features work
• Bugs and defects in the product, reported with enough detail to reproduce them
• Help with license activation and with the assets we ship

Support does not include installation on your server, custom development, new features, design work, or fixing problems caused by changes you made to the code. Those are separate paid services — ask us for a quote.

7. Updates

We keep improving our products, and updates are published in your account area. You are notified by email when a new update is released.

• Updates are available only while your license is active. A suspended or revoked license loses access to them.
• We do not commit to any release schedule, and no specific feature is promised for a future version. Buy the product for what it does today.
• Applying an update to an installation you modified is your responsibility. Keep a backup before updating.

8. What You May Not Do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the product, the source code, or any part of it — modified or unmodified.
• Share, publish or resell your license key, or use it on more installations than you bought.
• Remove, bypass, patch or disable the license verification, or decrypt, decompile or reverse engineer the protected parts of the code.
• Use the product to host illegal content, or for anything that breaks the law in your country or in the countries you operate in.

9. Ownership & Warranty

Except where an Exclusive License says otherwise, all intellectual property in our products remains with Ninjax. Buying a license buys the right to use the product, not ownership of it, and you may not claim authorship of it, modified or unmodified.

Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that a product is free of defects or that it will fit a specific purpose of yours. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ninjax is not liable for lost profits, lost data, downtime or any indirect damage arising from the use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

You are responsible for what you run on your platform: your hosting, your backups, your users, your content, and complying with the data-protection rules that apply to you.

10. Your Data

We store your account details, your orders, your licenses, your support tickets, and — for products that use a license key — the domain where the license is activated together with the date of each verification. That is what the license system needs to work. We do not access your platform, your database or your users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our products evolve. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Questions about anything here?
